AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments Subsection A
(4) of Section 256-19, heading, Service, Operation and
Maintenance Charges, of Article I, heading, General Provisions,
of Chapter 256, heading Water and Sewers, of the Harford County
Code, as amended; to provide for late fee penalties.

Effective Date May 2, 1988.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Article VIII, heading, Subarea Advisory Council, of Chapter 9,
heading, Boards, Commissions, Councils and Agencies, of the
Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for the establishment
of the Harford County Health Planning Commission.

Effective Date March 16, 1988.
