Waterway Improvement Fund

FOR the purpose of authorizing interest free loans to
certain residential property owners for the purpose of dredging a
spur or adjacent channel to a main channel, providing for the
payment of the same in annual installments, collectible in the
same manner and at the same time as State and County taxes, and
making the cost of the work a lien on the property.
