AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Mutilated, Destroyed or Lost Bonds - Replacement

FOR the purpose of authorizing execution, authentication,
and delivery of replacement bonds for any previously issued
County bonds and coupons that have become mutilated or have been
destroyed or lost; and authorizing the County to pay any
previously issued County bonds and coupons that have matured and
that have become mutilated or have been destroyed or lost without
requiring presentation upon such conditions and after receiving
such indemnity as the Controller may think is proper and
necessary.
