COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments Article VII of
Chapter 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent County,
changing the text of sections 6-54; 6-55, E, C, D; 6-57 A, B;
6-58; 6-59 and 6-60, revising the text of the "Flood Plain
Management" ordinance by changing or adding provisions to the
regulations of flood plain management.

Effective Date August 2, 1988.

Emergency Bill No. 3-88

AN ACT to add new Article VII, Sections 6.01 to 6.16 to
Chapter 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent County,
Maryland, entitled "Kent County Housing Code" establishing
regulations for minimum property maintenance standards, minimum
requirements for residential structures and premises,
responsibilities of property owners, operators and tenants, the
administration thereof and penalties for non-compliance.

Effective Date September 6, 1988.

Emergency Bill No. 4-88

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Article X of
Chapter 5 of the Public Local Laws of Kent County, Maryland,
entitled "Shared Water and Sewer Facilities", correcting
typographical errors, effecting stylistic changes, changing the
word "Petition" to "Application" throughout, and changing the
number of units in a limited shared facility from twenty (20) to
twenty-five (25).

Effective Date September 6, 1988.
