SALISBURY
RESOLUTION NO. 304
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury to
amend the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Article VI, § SC6-11,
Primary Elections, and § SC6-15, Election of Mayor and Council.
The purpose of the amendment is to provide for the changing of
election dates so that the primary election will be the first
Tuesday in April of each year for which a general City election
is scheduled and the general election will be the first Tuesday
in May in each year for which a general City election is
scheduled and to provide that the Mayor and Councilmen holding
office in 1987 shall continue to hold office until their
successors shall be elected and qualified.
[Pursuant to Section(s) SC6-11 and SC6-15 of the Charter of
the City of Salisbury, Wicomico County, as found in the
compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition),
repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

RESOLUTION NO. 310
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the westerly
Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, popularly known as the
"Bounds - Quantico Road Annexation" said area of land bounded on
the north by Quantico Road; bounded on the southeast by the lands
of Richard H. Bounds, the lands of Katherine B. Murray, the lands
of Martin E. Williams and Graham Drive; bounded on the southwest
by Culver Road; bounded on the northwest by the lands of Walter
W. Downes and the lands of Sandra L. Graves.

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury to
amend the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Article VII, §
SC7-47, Procedure, subsections § SC7-47 C, Signature, and §
