ARTICLE 17 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND,
EVERSTINE'S 1963 EDITION, AS AMENDED) AMENDING SUBSECTION (a),
ENTITLED "PETITION," OF SECTION 19 OF SAID CHARTER, ENTITLED
"REFERENDUM," TO CLARIFY THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE FULFILLED IN
ORDER TO SUBMIT A VALID PETITION OF APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL OF AN
ORDINANCE, CHARTER AMENDMENT OR RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL.

EVERSTINE'S 1963 EDITION, AS AMENDED) AMENDING SUBSECTION (a),
ENTITLED "PETITION," OF SECTION 20 OF SAID CHARTER, ENTITLED
"INITIATIVE," TO CLARIFY THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE FULFILLED IN
ORDER TO SUBMIT A VALID PETITION OF INITIATIVE FOR A PROPOSED
ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION.
