MUNICIPAL CHARTERS
Town by the annexation of certain land contiguous to and
adjoining the existing corporate area by amending the provisions
of the Code of Cecil County, Maryland (adopted January 25, 1981),
Chapter 27, which incorporates the Charter of the Town of Elkton,
and also known as Section 3 of the Charter of the Town of Elkton,
constituting an amendment to the municipal charter of the body
politic and corporate known as the Commissioners of Elkton, and
to annex and include the following described land in the
boundaries of taxable limits of the Town of Elkton.
