FINANCE, SECTION 607: TAX ANTICIPATION BORROWING.

[Section 607 of the Charter of the Town of Berwyn Heights,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date June 2, 1988]

RESOLUTION NO. 1-88

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 7

A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
BLADENSBURG, ADOPTED 1-10-77, AS REVISED.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Bladensburg that Section 312 of the Charter of the Town is hereby
amended by adding the words "the result shall be" in the first
sentence and by changing the term "supervisor of election and
registration" to read "Supervisor of Elections".
