WHEREAS, said Petition and a Notice of Hearing was duly
published in a newspaper of general circulation not less than
once in each of four weeks immediately preceding the hearing; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was Held on Wednesday, May 6,
1987;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of the
Town of Barnesville that Section 74-2 of the Montgomery County
Code be amended so as to add to the description of said
boundaries the annexed properties.

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TOWN COMMISSIONERS TO AMEND ARTICLE II
OF THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BEL AIR TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE
BOUNDARIES AND TO DESIGNATE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE LAND
BEING ANNEXED.
A Resolution of the Board of Town Commissioners, adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11-E of the Constitution of
Maryland, Section 19 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, 1957, (1987 Replacement Volume), entitled "Corporations
Municipal", subheading"Annexation", to enlarge the corporate
boundaries of the Town of Bel Air by amending the Public Local
Law of Harford County, being a part of Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland be adding to Section 202 entitled
Additions, paragraph "0", to Article II CORPORATE LIMITS of the
Charter of the Town of Bel Air, annexing to said corporate
boundaries the following area, contiguous to and adjoining the
present corporate boundaries of the Town of Bel Air, on the west
side of Relocated MD Route 24, being the land owned by the Bel
Air Land Development II Limited Partnership, C. Kelly Smith
General Partner.
