(a) (1) An individual may not drive a Type I school vehicle (i) A driver's license issued under this (ii) A certificate issued by the Administration (2) On application by a holder of a driver's license, (i) Is found to meet these vision requirements (ii) Presents a written certification (b) An individual may drive a Type II school vehicle if: (1) He is at least 18 years old; (2) He holds a driver's license issued under this (3) He passes an appropriate medical examination.
