AN ACT concerning

Education - Financial Tuition Assistance -

Day Child Care Providers

FOR the purpose of establishing a program of tuition assistance
to train day child care providers; authorizing the State
Scholarship Administration to adopt certain regulations to
implement the program and to award tuition assistance to
certain students; prescribing certain qualifications,
obligations, and repayment procedures for award recipients;
requiring a certain amount of tuition assistance to be
providing that the tuition assistance program be funded as
provided for in the Administration's annual budget; defining
certain terms; and generally relating to financial
assistance for day child care providers.

Section 18-1801 through 18-1805, inclusive, to be under the

new subtitle "Subtitle 18. Tuition Assistance
