THE DEPARTMENT IN CONSULTATION WITH THE BOARD AND THE
GOVERNOR'S OFFICE FOR HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS SHALL ADOPT
REGULATIONS TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THIS SUBTITLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the terms of the
initial members of the Specialized Customer Premises Equipment
Advisory Board shall expire as follows:

(1) 1 member in 1995;

(2) 4 members in 1994;

(3) 4 members in 1993; and

(4) 4 members in 1992.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the terms of the
4 additional members of the Telecommunications for Disabled
Individuals Board authorized by this Act shall expire as follows:

(1) 2 members in 1990; and

(2) 2 members in 1991 .

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.
