revocation, cancellation, or suspension, or if it is issued
unlawfully or erroneously.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Department

of Natural Resources shall:

(a) Conduct a survey to determine the number and location
of all public and private pump out stations in the State;

(b) Assess the adequacy of existing pump out stations
available for use by the general public at public and private
boat launching facilities or marinas; and

(c) On or before December 1, 1989, report the findings of
its efforts to the Committee on Environmental Matters of the
House of Delegates of Maryland.

SECTION 3. 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Real Property - Disclosures in Contracts of Sale

FOR the purpose of consolidating and cross-referencing certain
provisions in the Code that require certain disclosures in
contracts of sale of real property; clarifying that unless
otherwise specifically provided, a contract of sale is not
rendered invalid by the failure to provide a required
disclosure; and generally relating to disclosures in
contracts of sale of real property.
