this act:

(8) A RESIDENT IN A FACILITY AS DEFINED UNDER §
10-101(E) OF THE HEALTH - GENERAL ARTICLE.                                               

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Montgomery County - Alcoholic Beverages Retail Delivery

MC 942-89

FOR the purpose of prohibiting the retail delivery of alcoholic
beverages in Montgomery County unless the retail dealer is
licensed by Montgomery County to sell and distribute
alcoholic beverages; prohibiting the retail delivery of
alcoholic beverages by a Montgomery County alcoholic
beverages licensee unless the deliverer is at least 18 years
old and the person receiving the delivery off the licensed
premises provides the deliverer with proof of age and
completes and signs a certain age certification; requiring
the Montgomery County Board of License Commissioners to
adopt certain regulations; requiring the licensee to retain
the executed age certification for a certain period of time;
and providing that these certifications are subject to
certain examination.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
