AN ACT concerning

Juveniles - Drug and Alcohol Abuse

Assessment or Treatment Services

and Other Services

FOR the purpose of requiring the Juvenile Services Agency to
develop and provide within each facility operated by the
Agency drug and alcohol abuse assessment or treatment
programs services; and requiring the Secretary of Human
Resources and the Director of the Juvenile Services Agency,
together with the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene
under certain circumstances, to adopt regulations providing
for drug and alcohol abuse treatment certain services for
children placed in shelter care.
