AN ACT concerning

Garrett County - Alcoholic Beverages - Catering Option

FOR the purpose of authorizing offering holders of a certain
class of alcoholic beverages licenses in Garrett County the
option to keep for sale and sell alcoholic beverages for
consumption at events catered by the licensee off the
licensed premises; changing certain restaurant requirements
for a Class B beer, wine and liquor license; altering the
license fee to provide for a catering option; providing for
the scope of the catering authorization; requiring food at
catered events if alcoholic beverages are provided;
clarifying language; providing for the effective date of
this Act; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages and
catering in Garrett County.
