SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Vocational Rehabilitation - Employment Program Fund

FOR the purpose of establishing an Employment Program Fund in the
Division of Vocational Rehabilitation in the State
Department of Education; providing that funds for the
program be included in the budget of the Division of
Vocational Rehabilitation in the State Department of
Education; providing that certain rehabilitation and
employment agencies are eligible to receive certain funds in
the Employment Program and to provide certain funds for
certain purposes; providing that the Division of Vocational
Rehabilitation may contract with certain agencies or
organizations to provide certain programs and services for
certain disabled individuals; repealing a certain provision
of law relating to funds for sheltered employment; and
generally relating to the Employment Program Fund in the
Division of Vocational Rehabilitation in the State
Department of Education.
