AN ACT concerning

Hunting Deer - Second Deer Stamps

FOR the purpose of repealing certain provisions of the law
relating to reducing the fee that may be charged for the
purchase of a second deer stamp; authorizing the Department
of Natural Resources to issue without charge a second deer
stamp under certain circumstances; and generally relating to
second deer stamps for hunting deer.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

10-308.

(a) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this
subsection, in addition to the basic hunting license, a person
hunting deer in the State first shall obtain the appropriate
individual hunting stamp.

(2) A person may hunt deer in the State during each
season with a consolidated hunting license.
