Creation of a State Debt - Hannah More Center School, Inc.

FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt in
the amount of $975,000 $500,000 the proceeds to be used as a
grant to the Hannah More Center School, Inc. for the
renovation, expansion, and improvement of the school
building, and facilities housing clinical services and
administrative services operated by Hannah More Center
School, Inc. located in Reisterstown, Maryland, subject to
the requirement that the Hannah More Center School, Inc.
provide at least an equal and matching fund of a certain
kind for the same purpose by a certain date; requiring that
