AN ACT concerning

Income Tax - Liquid Manure Soil Injection Equipment

FOR the purpose of altering the definition of conservation
tillage equipment for purposes of the Maryland income tax
subtraction modification for certain conservation tillage
equipment expenses; making part of this Act contingent on
the passage of another Act; providing for the applicability
of this Act; and generally relating to the Maryland income
tax subtraction modification for certain conservation
tillage equipment expenses.
