AN ACT concerning

Licensing and Regulation - Barbers and Apprentice Barbers

FOR the purpose of authorizing certain persons to register and
serve as apprentice barbers; imposing certain registration
requirements and procedures for apprentice barbers;
providing for the expiration and 1 time renewal of
apprentice barber registrations; authorizing apprentice
barbers to practice barbering under certain supervision;
altering certain standards for licensing certain journey
barbers; altering certain licensing requirements for
barbering; establishing certain examination requirements and
procedures for certain persons; regulating certain fees;
establishing certain operation and supervision procedures
for certain barbershops; setting certain fees; prohibiting
certain acts; defining a term; authorizing certain
corrections to certain cross-references; providing for a
delayed effective date; and generally relating to barbers
and apprentice barbers.
