WHILE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD, A CONSUMER MEMBER MAY NOT: (1) HAVE A FINANCIAL INTEREST IN OR RECEIVE (2) GRADE ANY EXAMINATION GIVEN BY OR FOR THE BOARD. (E) OATH. BEFORE TAKING OFFICE, EACH APPOINTEE SHALL TAKE THE OATH (F) TENURE; VACANCIES. (1) THE TERM OF A MEMBER IS 5 YEARS AND BEGINS ON (2) THE TERMS OF MEMBERS ARE STAGGERED AS REQUIRED BY (3) AT THE END OF A TERM, A MEMBER CONTINUES TO SERVE (4) A MEMBER WHO IS APPOINTED AFTER A TERM HAS BEGUN (G) REMOVAL. THE GOVERNOR MAY REMOVE A MEMBER FOR INCOMPETENCE OR REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsections (a)(1), (2)(i), (ii)2 through Subsection (a)(2)(ii)l of this section is new language Subsections (c) and (d)(2) of this section are new Subsection (d)(1) of this section is standard language - 369 -
