"LICENSED HEARING AID DEALER" MEANS, UNLESS THE CONTEXT
REQUIRES OTHERWISE, A HEARING AID DEALER WHO IS LICENSED BY THE
BOARD TO PROVIDE HEARING AID SERVICES.

Occasionally, the term "licensee" is used in this
title as a synonym for "licensed hearing aid dealer".
Since "license" is defined in subsection (f) of this

(H) LIMITED LICENSE.
