(c) The sales and use tax does not apply to:
(2) a sale of direct mail advertising literature and
mail order catalogues that will be distributed outside the State,
AND A SALE OF COMPUTERIZED MAILING LISTS TO THE EXTENT USED FOR
THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ADDRESSES TO WHICH DIRECT MAIL
ADVERTISING LITERATURE AND MAIL ORDER CATALOGUES WILL BE
DISTRIBUTED OUTSIDE THE STATE; or
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning
Pensions - Municipal Corporation Law Enforcement Officers
FOR the purpose of establishing a Pension System for municipal
corporation law enforcement officers; providing for
membership in the System; providing for the election by a
municipal corporation to participate in the System;
requiring a certain special accrued liability contribution;
providing for service retirement, disability retirement, and
death benefits; allowing the vesting of pension benefits;
providing for the election of certain optional retirement
allowances; providing for cost-of-living adjustments;
providing for an offset for workmen's compensation benefits;
providing for member contributions; assigning responsibility
for administration of the System; defining a certain term
providing for the funding of the System; providing for the
contributions to the System by participating municipal
corporations; providing for the withdrawal of a municipal
corporation from the System; defining certain terms; and
generally relating to pensions for municipal corporation law
enforcement officers.

Article 73B - Pensions
Section 157 through 157C, inclusive, to be under the new
subtitle "Municipal Corporation Law Enforcement
Officers Pension System"
