(i) Complies with any continuing education
requirement established by the Board for this purpose; and

(ii) Pays to the Board a reactivation fee [of
$50] SET BY THE BOARD.

(a)   [Except for the fees specifically set by this title,
the] THE Board may set reasonable fees for its services.

To apply for a mortician license, an applicant shall:

(1)  Submit an application to the Board on the form
that the Board requires; and

(2)  Pay to the Board a license fee [of $10] SET BY
THE BOARD.

6-304.

(e) (1) An applicant shall pay to the Board an examination
fee [of $100] SET BY THE BOARD.

(2) The payment of one examination fee entitles an
applicant to take the examination twice.

6-306.

(b)  An applicant for an apprentice license shall pay to the
Board a fee [of $10] SET BY THE BOARD.

6-310.

(b) (1) To apply for a funeral establishment license, an
applicant shall:

(i) Submit an application to the Board on the
form that the Board requires; and

(ii) Pay to the Board an application fee [of
$25] SET BY THE BOARD.

6-310.1.

(a) The Board may issue a courtesy card to a practitioner
of mortuary science who:

(1) Is licensed to practice mortuary science in
another state;
