shall prepare for the Governor a draft of the part of the
consolidated loan budget that relates to general construction
projects.

8-130.

The Department of [State] BUDGET AND FISCAL Planning, with
the approval of the Board, shall adopt regulations in accordance
with Title 10, Subtitle 1 of the State Government Article to
implement the provisions of §§ 8-128 and 8-129 of this subtitle.

10-305.

(g) The Department of [State] BUDGET AND FISCAL Planning
and Department of General Services, with the approval of the
Board, shall adopt regulations in accordance with Title 10,
Subtitle 1 of the State Government Article to implement the
provisions of this section.

Article - State Government

2-908.

(a)  The Commission consists of the following 13 members:

(1)   4 Senators, appointed by the President of the
Senate;

(2)   4 Delegates, appointed by the Speaker of the
House of Delegates;

(3)  as ex officio members:

(i) the Secretary of Budget and Fiscal
Planning; AND

[(ii) the Secretary of State Planning; and]

[(iii)] (II) the Secretary of State; AND

(III) THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING;

(4)  a representative of the Maryland Association of
Counties, appointed by the president of the association; and

(5)  a representative of the Maryland Municipal
League, appointed by the president of the league.

8-201.

(b)  The principal departments of the Executive Branch of
the State government are:
