Ch. 3                                           LAWS OF MARYLAND

Similarly, in subsection (c)(1) of this section, the
general references to a "disciplinary action" and a
"proceeding ... for an alleged violation of this
title" are substituted for the former references to a
case "involving the revocation of a license, for
practice, or offering to practice ... without a
license".

In the introductory language of subsection (c)(1) of
this section, the word "evidence" is substituted for
the former reference to "books, papers or documents",
for brevity.

In subsection (c)(3) of this section, the former
phrase "where the witness resides" is deleted in
deference to the normal venue provisions that would
apply under the law. (See § 14-206(b) of this article
for a similar provision.)

The sixth sentence of Art. 56, § 306, which provided
for enforcement of orders of the circuit court in the
same manner as its other orders, is deleted as
surplusage.

Defined terms: "Board" § 7-101

"Licensed forester" § 7-101 "Person" § 1-101

7-206. MISCELLANEOUS POWERS AND DUTIES.
