Systems Operators (§ 12-201 of the Environment Article);

[(11)] (10) State Board of Well Drillers (§ 13-201 of
the Environment Article);

[(12)] (11) Governor's Council on Adolescent
Pregnancy (§ 15-120 of the Family Law Article); and

[(13)] (12) The Tobacco Authority (§ 7-201 of the
Agriculture Article).

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That §
7-315(f)(2)(vii) of this Act shall take effect July 1, 1989,

contingent on the taking effect of Chapter___ of the Acts of

the General Assembly of 1989 (H.B. 531), and if Chapter ____ does

not become effective, § 7-315(f)(2)(vii) of this Act shall be
null and void without the necessity of further action by the
General Assembly.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That §
7-315(f)(2)(iii) of this Act shall take effect July 1, 1989,

contingent on the taking effect of Chapter______of the Acts of

the General Assembly of 1989 (H.B. 216), and if Chapter______does

not become effective, the following language shall be enacted in
substitution of § 7-315(f)(2)(iii) as enacted by Section 1 of
this Act:

(III) FOR ENERGY ASSISTANCE AND WEATHERIZATION
PROGRAMS PROVIDED UNDER ARTICLE 83B, §§ 4-201 AND 7-102 OF THE
CODE;

SECTION 3. 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1989.
