AN ACT concerning

Allegany County - Alcoholic Beverages -
Hotel and Motel

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Allegany County Board of
License Commissioners to issue a Class B (on-sale) hotel and
motel beer, wine and liquor license in the County; repealing
a certain definition referring to a hotel in the City of
Cumberland; establishing an annual fee for the license;
restricting its issuance to restaurants meeting certain
qualifications; requiring certain space and accommodation
facilities and certain food sales and service
qualifications; providing for the scope of the license and
hours of sales of alcoholic beverages under the license; and
generally relating to the issuance of a Class B (on-sale)
hotel and motel beer, wine and liquor license in Allegany
County.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
