Ch. 3 LAWS OF MARYLAND (1) SUBMITS TO THE STATE BOARD AN APPLICATION FOR (2) PAYS TO THE STATE BOARD AN INACTIVE STATUS (3) EXCEPT FOR THE INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS OF § 6-604 (C) RESTRICTIONS. (1) A LICENSEE ON INACTIVE STATUS MAY NOT USE A STATE (2) IN A COUNTY THAT REQUIRES A STATE LICENSE, A (D) EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL OF INACTIVE STATUS. (1) UNLESS THE INDIVIDUAL APPLIES FOR ANOTHER 2-YEAR (I) AFTER THE INACTIVE STATUS REGISTRATION (II) IN AN ODD-NUMBERED YEAR. (2) AT LEAST 1 MONTH BEFORE THE INACTIVE STATUS OF AN (I) A RENEWAL APPLICATION FORM; AND (II) A NOTICE THAT STATES: 1. THE DATE ON WHICH THE INACTIVE STATUS 2. THE DATE BY WHICH THE STATE BOARD MUST 3. THE AMOUNT OF THE RENEWAL FEE. (3) BEFORE THE INACTIVE STATUS EXPIRES, AN INDIVIDUAL - 308 -
