AN ACT concerning

Certification of Medical Radiation Technologists
and Nuclear Medical Technologists

FOR the purpose of extending the date by which certain medical-
radiation technologists and nuclear medical technologists
are required to comply with a certain certification
requirement; extending the date for the expiration of
certain certificates of temporary certification issued to
certain individuals; extending the date by which the Board
shall have developed a certain examination; and generally
relating to the practice of medical radiation technology and
nuclear medical technology.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) The Board shall:
