(f) In Charles County the fee for such a license for on and
off sale of all alcoholic beverages shall be [three hundred and
fifty dollars ($350.00)] $950 and the fee for such a license
authorizing off sale for liquor and on or off sale for beer and
wine shall be [two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00)] $600.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Transfers of Used Vehicles -
Inspection Certificates

FOR the purpose of authorizing a licensed dealer that is also an
inspection station, on transfer of a used vehicle, to have
the inspection certificate required by law prepared and
attached to a window of the vehicle by another inspection
station.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) This section does not apply to:

(1)  Any transfer of a used vehicle to any licensed
dealer or to any foreign dealer;

(2)  Any transfer between spouses or between a parent
and child;
