(4) A member who is appointed after a term has begun
serves only for the rest of the term and until a successor is
appointed and qualifies.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Home Health Agencies - Acceptance of Patients

FOR the purpose of requiring that home health agencies within a
certain time after acceptance of certain patients to make
and record all reasonable efforts to contact a physician to
obtain a certain signed order; altering the time period
within which home health agencies must obtain a signed order
from a physician in order to accept certain patients; and
generally relating to home health agencies.
