the child INDIVIDUAL, oral testimony by a witness to the
production of the matter, expert medical testimony, or any other
method authorized by an applicable provision of law or rule of
evidence.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Washington County - Transfer of Property on Assessment Books

FOR the purpose of providing for an exception, in Washington
County, to a requirement that certain taxes be paid before a
deed may be recorded as transferred on the assessment books
under certain conditions; providing for the retroactive
application of this Act; and generally relating to the
transfer of property on assessment books in Washington
County.
