Ch. 384

This is to certify that the property described as

_________________ is subject to a lien under Title 14, Subtitle 2

of the Real Property Article, Maryland Annotated Code, in the
amount of $____________. The property is owned by

I hereby affirm under the penalty of perjury that notice was
given under Section 14-203(a) of the Real Property Article, and
that the information contained in the foregoing statement of lien
is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and
belief.

(k) If an order is entered under subsection (i) of this
section denying a lien, or if a bond is filed under subsection
(h) of this section, the clerk of the circuit court shall enter a
notation in the land records releasing the lien.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

(House Bill 146)

AN ACT concerning

Frederick County - Work Release Program

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Frederick County Sheriff's
Department to establish and direct the Frederick County Work
Release Program, and the guidelines under which the program
and its participants operate; authorizing any Frederick
County judge to order work release during an individual's
criminal confinement in the Frederick County detention
center; defining certain purposes for which an individual
may be privileged to leave actual confinement; providing
that an individual shall be confined in the detention center
under certain circumstances; establishing when work release
may be ordered; providing for the sheriff's collection of an
individual's earnings; requiring the sheriff to make certain
deductions and disbursements of an individual's earnings;
establishing sanctions for certain program violations upheld
in administrative hearing; and generally relating to the
