WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 382

[(k)] (L) In Baltimore County, the establishment of a
reserved parking space shall be subject to approval of the
Baltimore County Department of Traffic Engineering, in accordance
with the charter and public local laws of Baltimore County.

[(1)] (M) Unless the vehicle displays a permit issued for
the space in which the vehicle is parked, a person may not park a
vehicle in a reserved parking space established under this
section.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

FOR the purpose of clarifying the authority of the Division of
State Documents to make available and to perform searches of
certain computer data bases under certain circumstances;
authorizing the Division of State Documents to enter into
certain contracts with certain parties to make data bases
available to the public; and generally relating to the
Division of State Documents and computer searchable data
bases.
