Ch. 360 LAWS OF MARYLAND (1) on the husband's credit; (2) as the husband's agent; or (3) for necessaries for herself, for his children, or (b) If a husband believes that his wife is abusing the (c) (1) If an action is brought against a wife under (2) The court shall assess appropriate counsel fees (d) The court shall pass an appropriate order if the court (1) the wife is abusing the pledging of the husband's (2) considering the wife's station in life and the (i) all necessaries to which she is entitled; (ii) funds reasonably sufficient to buy (e) If the husband stops supplying his wife with (f) A person who, after receiving from the husband written (1) may not recover from the husband for the work or (2) is liable for damages in an action by the husband - 2662 -
