AN ACT concerning

Rubble Pill Landfills - Restrictions

FOR the purpose of prohibiting the Secretary of the Environment
from issuing a permit to certain rubble fill landfills to
accept certain materials or goods unless the county where
the rubble landfill is located includes certain information
in a certain county solid waste management plan; specifying
certain materials that may be included in the plan;
requiring applicants for permits for rubble fill landfills
to give certain additional notice to certain persons;
defining a term, and generally relating to rubble fill
landfills.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 9-201(e) through (1), respectively, of

Article Environment of the Annotated Code of Maryland be

renumbered to be Section(s) 9-201(f) through (m), respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of

Maryland read as follows:
