(2)  THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SHALL SUPERVISE
THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF COUNTY ROADS AND BRIDGES.

(3)  ALL BILLS PRESENTED FOR PAYMENT FOR WORK ON
COUNTY ROADS AND BRIDGES SHALL BE OPEN TO PUBLIC INSPECTION
DURING OFFICE HOURS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF AN EMPLOYEE OF THE
OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.

(4)  THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SHALL PROVIDE
FOR INSPECTION OF ANY CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIRS OF COUNTY ROADS AND
BRIDGES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER THE CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIRS ARE
COMPLETE. THE BOARD MAY NOT APPROVE A BILL FOR CONSTRUCTION OR
REPAIRS UNTIL THERE HAS BEEN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONTRACT
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIRS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Food Labeling and Service - Surimi

FOR the purpose of prohibiting the sale of certain food products
containing surimi without certain labeling; prohibiting
certain persons from serving food containing surimi without
certain labeling; requiring certain labeling; providing
certain penalties; defining a term; and generally relating
to surimi.
