AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - Salaries of Officials

FOR the purpose of altering the salaries of the Cecil County
State's Attorney, County Treasurer, Sheriff, and members of
the Board of County Commissioners; making stylistic changes;
providing that this Act does not apply to the salary or
compensation of the incumbent officials; clarifying and
standardizing certain language concerning certain Cecil
County officials' benefits and reimbursements; and generally
relating to the salaries, benefits, and reimbursements of
the Cecil County State's Attorney, county treasurer,
Sheriff, and members of the Board of County Commissioners of
Cecil County.
