Ch. 339 LAWS OF MARYLAND 13-312. (a) (1) If the former holder of a physical therapy license (i) Was licensed by passing [the examination of (ii) Has not practiced actively physical (iii) Otherwise is entitled to be licensed; (iv) Pays to the Board the application fee set (v) Submits to the Board an application on the (2) The Board may not require the physical therapist SECTION 2.
