WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 329

(a)  The powers and duties of the Chesapeake Bay Trust shall
rest in and be exercised by a board of [15] 19 trustees.

(b)  The Board of Trustees shall consist of:

(1)  The President of the Senate, ex officio;

(2)  The Speaker of the House, ex officio;

(3)  The Secretaries of Agriculture, the Environment,
and Natural Resources, ex officio, or their designees; and

(4)   [10] 14 individuals appointed by the Governor!,
who] AS FOLLOWS:

(I)  8 shall represent the interests of local
government, education, [business,] environmental conservation,
and the general public; AND

(II)  6 SHALL REPRESENT THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY.

[8-1910.

The     Trust shall terminate on July 1, 1989. Any funds

remaining   to the credit of the Trust after that date shall be

held by     the State Treasurer until legislation is enacted

providing for the disposition of the funds.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

(Senate Bill 277)

AN ACT concerning

Incinerators - Incinerator Operator Certificate Operators -
Training and Education

FOR the purpose of prohibiting the operation of an incinerator
for a certain purpose unless the person operating owner of
the incinerator has obtained a certain certificate from
certifies that the operator of the incinerator has received
certain instruction approved by the Department of the
Environment and the person operator is present at certain
times; requiring an applicant for a certificate to submit to
