AN ACT concerning

Handicapped Parking - State-owned Airports

FOR the purpose of permitting a handicapped person to whom
special vehicle plates have been issued to park in certain
designated areas established at any State-owned airport
subject to the posted time restriction.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

13-616.

(f) (1) In this subsection "special types of vehicles"
means:

(i) Emergency vehicles defined under § 11-118
of this article;

(ii) Service vehicles defined under § 22-201 of
this article;

(iii) Class B (for hire) vehicles;

(iv) Class C (funeral and ambulance) vehicles;

(v) Class H (school) vehicles;

(vi) Class I (charter bus) vehicles;
