(D) THE DIVISION OF PAROLE AND PROBATION SHALL SUPERVISE
THE MANDATORY PAROLEE PERSON UNDER MANDATORY SUPERVISION UNTIL
THE EXPIRATION OF THE MAXIMUM TERM OR TERMS OF THE SENTENCE.
(E) THE COMMISSIONER PAROLE COMMISSIONER PRESIDING MAY
RESCIND ALL DIMINUTION CREDITS PREVIOUSLY EARNED ON THE SENTENCE
OR ANY PORTION THEREOF IN THE REVOCATION PROCEEDINGS.
(F) A MANDATORY PAROLEE PERSON UNDER MANDATORY SUPERVISION
MAY NOT EARN ANY NEW DIMINUTION CREDITS ONCE THE MANDATORY PAROLE
SUPERVISION HAS BEEN REVOKED.
(G) THE DIVISION OF CORRECTION AND THE DIVISION OF PAROLE
AND PROBATION SHALL PERFORM THE SAME DUTIES CURRENTLY COMPLETED
FOR A PAROLE RELEASE AT LEAST 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED
MANDATORY PAROLE SUPERVISION RELEASE.
(H) NOTHING IN THIS SECTION SHALL PREVENT DELIVERY OF A
PRISONER TO A STATE OR FEDERAL AUTHORITY OTHERWISE ENTITLED TO
THE PRISONER.
Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments

A crime victim or witness should:
(17) On written request to the agency that has
custody of the offender after sentencing, be informed by the
agency any time the offender escapes or receives a mandatory
SUPERVISION [release] PAROLE.
Article - Education
22-102.
(a) The Education Coordinating Council for Correctional
Institutions shall develop and recommend an educational program
for each correctional institution in the Division of Correction.
The programs shall meet the special needs and circumstances of
the inmates in the institution.
(b) (1) The Council shall adopt regulations for all
correctional institutions in the Division of Correction for the
implementation of a mandatory education program for all inmates
who fail to attain a minimum educational standard as set forth in
this subsection.
(2) The regulations adopted by the Council shall
