AN ACT concerning

Mandatory Parole Supervision - Released Prisoners

FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a new category of
parole release known as mandatory parole supervision;
authorizing the Division of Parole and Probation to
supervise certain released prisoners; setting forth the
procedures to be followed in the release of certain
prisoners; and generally relating to mandatory parole
supervision.
