MANUFACTURER'S RATING OR REGISTERED GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT OF MORE
THAN 10,000 POUNDS BUT NOT MORE THAN 18,000 POUNDS, 30 INCHES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Power Booster Systems

FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person from operating on a
highway a motor vehicle equipped with a power booster system
except under certain circumstances; requiring motor vehicles
equipped with power booster systems to display
identification decals in a certain manner; establishing
certain criminal and administrative penalties; defining a
certain term; authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration
Office of the Fire Marshal to adopt certain regulations;
providing for fees for identification decals; and generally
relating to power booster systems in motor vehicles.
