A PERSON MAY DRIVE A COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE IF: (1) THE PERSON HAS A VALID COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S (2) THE PERSON'S DRIVER'S LICENSE IS NOT REFUSED, (3) THE PERSON IS NOT DISQUALIFIED FROM DRIVING A (4) THE PERSON HAS THE COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE IN 16-810. (A) EACH APPLICATION FOR A COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE OR (B) IN ADDITION TO THE INFORMATION SPECIFIED BY § 16-106 OF (1) THE APPLICANT'S SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER; (2) A CONSENT TO RELEASE A COMPLETE DRIVING RECORD TO (3) CERTIFICATIONS AND INFORMATION REQUIRED BY (4) ANY OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION THAT THE (C) UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, THE APPLICANT SHALL SIGN THE (D) WHEN A LICENSEE CHANGES THE LICENSEE'S NAME, MAILING (E) WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER ESTABLISHING A RESIDENCE IN THIS - 2465 -
