LAWS OF MARYLAND
from the compelled testimony or other information from being
used against the witness except under certain circumstances;
requiring a court under certain circumstances to issue an
order requiring a witness to testify or provide other
information upon request by a prosecutor; establishing
procedures for enforcement of an order to testify or provide
other information; authorizing certain prosecutors to grant
certain immunities under certain circumstances; and
generally relating to the establishment of certain criminal
penalties and procedures designed to reduce the supply of
controlled dangerous substances in this State.
