SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

9-303.

(D) THE GOVERNING BODY OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY MAY GRANT, BY
LAW, A PROPERTY TAX CREDIT UNDER THIS SECTION AGAINST THE COUNTY
TAX IMPOSED ON REAL PROPERTY THAT IS SUBJECT TO THE STATE'S OR
COUNTY'S AGRICULTURAL LAND PRESERVATION PROGRAM.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

Frederick County - Public Schools -
Organizations of Noncertificated Employees

FOR the purpose of altering the definition of "public school
employer" in order to make the Frederick County Board of
Education subject to certain provisions relating to
negotiations between county boards of education and
organizations of noncertificated employees.
