(2)  Elected members of the County Board shall be
elected by the voters of the entire county.

(3)  (i) Of the [3] 4 members elected in [1988]
1992 and every 4 years thereafter, 1 shall reside in Board of
Education District 2 and 1 shall reside in Board of Education
District 4. The third [member] AND FOURTH MEMBERS may reside
in any part of the county.

(ii) Of the 4 members elected in 1990 and every
4 years thereafter, 1 shall reside in Board of Education District
1, 1 shall reside in Board of Education District 3, and 1 shall
reside in Board of Education District 5. The fourth member may
reside in any part of the county.

(iii) The descriptions of board of education
districts in this subsection refer to election districts or
precincts as they were on January 1, 1987.

(iv) Board of Education District 1 consists of
all of Election Districts 1, 2, 3, 11, and 12; Precincts 1, 3,
and 4 in Election District 6; and Precincts 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8,
9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25
in Election District 9.

(v) Board of Education District 2 consists of
all of Election' District 10; Precincts 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11,
12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, 28, 29, 30, 32, and
33 in Election District 4; Precinct 2 in Election District 6;
Precinct 3 in Election District 8; and Precincts 35, 37, 43, 45,
46, 51, 52, and 60 in Election District 13.

(vi) Board of Education District 3 consists of
Precincts 4, 10, and 24 in Election District 4; all of Election
District 7 and Precincts 3, 7, 16, 26, 27, 34, 38, 39, 40, and 62
in Election District 13.                                                                             "

(vii) Board of Education District 4 consists of
Precincts 8, 15, 26, and 27 in Election District 4; and Precincts
4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22,
23, 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 36, 41, 42, 44, 47, 50, 53,
57, 58, and 59 in Election District 13.

(viii) Board of Education District 5 consists
of all of Election District 5; Precinct 19 in Election District
4; Precincts 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 in Election District
8; Precincts 4 and 14 in Election District 9; and Precincts 1, 2,
48, 49, 54, 55, 56, 63, and 64 in Election District 13.

(4)  (i) The student member serves for a term of 1
year beginning on July 1 after his election.
